Gurdjieff Movements/Sacred Dance Class
Meditation through movement, sometimes with prayer or other inner exercise, set to music to evoke the sacred.

A Different Christianity
Learn the esoteric and contemplative principles and practices of early Christianity as preserved by the Eastern monastic traditions.

Willing Power
By letting go of my illusion of being "in control" I becoming "willing" to receive guidance from the Indwelling Presence within. Cultivate "willing power" to make micro-adjustments in my life to effect change with minimal counter-effects, in harmony with the Whole self.
